1. Overview

Pact Advisor offers agreement advisory and contract guidance services accessible at pactadvisor.pro (the Site). By using our Site and services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We deliver personalized guidance on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements. Service offerings, scope, and fees are detailed on the Site or in individual engagement letters.

2.1 Service Fees and Charges

Fees apply per engagement and must be paid as specified. Payment instructions are provided during checkout or in the agreement proposal.

2.2 Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, you must notify us via contact us at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Cancellations made within this period will receive a full refund minus any transaction costs. Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule once at no extra charge.

Cancellations made fewer than 7 days in advance or no-shows are not eligible for a refund, as scheduling staff time and resources have been allocated. We retain the full fee for such cases.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of confirmation and issued via the original method of payment.

3. Information Products

We may offer digital materials, templates, and guides (Info Products) for download. Delivery occurs immediately after successful payment.

3.1 Refund Policy for Info Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of Info Products are final. However, if you encounter technical issues or receive defective files, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via contact us. We will provide a replacement file or issue a store credit for future use.

4. Physical Goods

From time to time, we may sell printed materials or branded items (Goods). Delivery and shipping terms are displayed at purchase.

4.1 Replacements and Refunds for Goods

You must inspect Goods upon receipt and notify us of any defects within 5 days via contact us. Defective items will be repaired or replaced at no extra charge. If repair or replacement is not feasible, we will issue a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping fees, within 14 days of approval.

Items to be sent back must be shipped in their original packaging, with shipping prepaid by the sender, to the address provided by us. Custom or personalized Goods are not eligible for replacement or refund unless defective.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, and materials on the Site are owned by or licensed to Pact Advisor and are protected by applicable laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pact Advisor is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or services.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. We will post updates on the Site and indicate the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
